Refund policy

THE 90-DAY PROMISE
Drink TERO daily for ninety days. If you are not glad you bought it, email support@trysefa.com with your order number, send the pack back, and we refund you in full. We reply with the return address within 1 business day. You cover the return postage; the refund is the full price you paid, opened pack or not. We ask for ninety days because a tea earns its place by becoming a habit, and a habit needs a fair run.

YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL
Separately from our own guarantee, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving one. To use it, email us at support@trysefa.com. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs. Our 90-day promise above is more generous, so most customers use that instead.

HOW TO CLAIM
Email support@trysefa.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery. We replace it or refund it, your choice. You do not return anything.

WHAT WE DO NOT REFUND
Orders delivered more than 90 days ago. Products bought somewhere other than this store. Return postage.
