Shipping

Free tracked delivery on every order. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 12 to 25 days from dispatch. We ship direct from our production partner rather than holding stock in a local warehouse, which is why it takes longer than a domestic order and why the tea costs what it does.

Customs and VAT

Orders shipping to Iceland may be subject to Icelandic VAT and a postal handling fee on arrival. Where these apply they are set by the Icelandic authorities, not by us. We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not under-declare value.

You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships. See Track Your Order.

Returns and refunds

90 days, money back. Drink TERO daily for ninety days and if you are not glad you bought it, email us, send the pack back, and we refund you in full. We ask for ninety days because a tea earns its place by becoming a habit, and a habit needs a fair run. See our Refund Policy for the detail.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery at support@trysefa.com and we will replace it or refund you, your choice.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us before your order is dispatched and we can usually still catch it. After dispatch we cannot reroute a parcel.

How do I brew it?

One bag, hot water at about 90 degrees, three to five minutes. Leave it longer for a stronger, tarter cup. Drink it hot, or pour it over ice.

Is TERO a medicine?

No. TERO is a herbal tea, a food. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or under medical care, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before making it a daily habit. Keep out of reach of young children.

What is in it?

Whole dried hibiscus calyces and nothing else. No caffeine, no sugar, no flavouring, no added colour.
